Contribuisci feedbackI ordered through the app, and what a disappointment! I only received two sandwiches, and they were nothing special. To make matters worse, they wanted the sandwiches returned, which I found ridiculous! I told them to come and get them! I will never order from this place again. It's just another disappointing restaurant that clearly doesn't care about the food they serve or how they treat their customers. What a shame!
I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes without anyone taking my order, so I decided to move forward. The staff was just looking at me, but no one asked if I needed assistance or wanted to order. You've lost my business.
I waited for 10 minutes to see the menu, but nobody came to take my order. I even shouted "hello," but despite three girls looking my way through the window, none of them asked if I needed any assistance. So, I just wanted to say thanks for the information.
My order set at 1:55 waited over 10-15 minutes, that is not fast. there was no Italian brot. I think they have to treat online orders, maybe they should have someone working on online orders, someone who takes care of people in the load
13 dollars for a blt ?????????? Won't be returning .. I payed almost 14 dollars for bread lettuce and tomato ???? Customer service was a solid 10/10 ... Their product was less than a 1/10 jjs is a rip off ... This is the third time eating at a jjs and I won't even waste my time going to a 4th .. I will starve before stopping at a jimmy John's ...
