Sonic Drive-in - Pueblo West

Ice cream machine still down..... How does a Sonic go any length of time with a broken ice cream machine? Any longer and a mcflurry would be easier to obtain. Excellent and friendly staff though.

I pressed the button, thinking it was my turn, and waited. Soon, a girl came from inside to my truck to see if I had placed an order. I quickly realized that I hadn't actually pressed the button. She was the most beautiful girl I've ever seen! They really pay attention to potential customers, even before they have made an order. That was impressive! This has definitely become my favorite Sonic!

It's June 2022, and in my opinion, it shouldn’t take more than 24 hours to get someone to come out and repair or replace a malfunctioning ice machine, even if it means paying an emergency maintenance fee. The owner should be acutely aware of the business they are losing by not having ice available. Many customers, like myself, come in specifically for that one item, and when it’s unavailable, we often end up not purchasing anything else. If I had to estimate, this place could be losing between $500 to $1,200 a day due to the ice machine issue. Over the course of 5 or 6 days, that adds up to a significant loss in revenue. While this establishment has potential, it’s clear that it needs a better manager or an owner who genuinely cares about its operations.

Since the beginning of the dilly cheeseburger and dilly fries promo, this place does not serve. they always talk out the ones they didn't get enough of the things they did to make of it. I was 5 times in this summer, in juni, in juli, and now in august. have never tried the dilly cheeseburger and dilly pommes. is there anyway? and no delivery, still.

Trash. Be ready to wait 10, 20, maybe even 30 minutes. Time doesn't exist to them. Food will be dry and made wrong. App never ever ever for over a year now works. So don't plan on Tuesday night half price or any other specials. Get ready for a slew of excuses. Oh and don't get blocked in a stall by the massive line of cars in the drive through they always can't seem to handle. Crazy sonic allows the establishment to carry their name. No automated excuse or 1800 number needed, thanks. They could just be held to sonic standards and we could all move on with life.
