The food's actually pretty bad compared to other courses in Pueblo. It's okay enough to eat wash it down and lift your favorite beer but it is not a place I would actually go to my way to eat. It's hard to find a bad slopper in Pueblo, and there is nothing wrong with the one at AJ's. The green chili was quite good. The Philly cheesesteak was just okay, but that's because it was ordered with turkey instead of beef.Food: 4/5

Food was excellent. Had the glazed Salmon, and I fell in love with Salmon again. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Will definitely be making a return trip.Food: 5/5

Sunday Brunch needs some fine tuning. Food warmers weren't warm, difficult to get to it and hold your plate. Sausage and biscuits should have sausage patties not links, eggs were cold. Staff were great definitely not worth the cost...Food: 2/5
