The soup was cold, the customer service was lacking, and the food tasted like it came from a can or was frozen and reheated. It wasn't worth the money we spent.
I accidentally placed a drive-thru order for my car. My husband really wanted a burger, not the extra bowl that I mistakenly ordered. It was my error, but...
I eat at Applebee's at least twice a week! I wouldn't keep going back if the food wasn't great! Many of the staff know me that answer the phone's or brings the meal out to the parking lot. It is good to feel special and know that they know who I am. Thank you so much for making me feel good on these occasions. Not to mention that the food was great! Thank you Applebee's.
Xavier who has only worked here for a few days is the only reason why I put 5 stars. He has incredible attention to detail and ability to eagerness for customer service. He goes above and beyond most servers. Even though the food is delicious and I say I love above all experience and of course the new strawberry margaritas.
