Bistoro - Pueblo

We had the opportunity to stop in for a late lunch and it was absolutely amazing! Even my skeptic hubby left very satisfied and said he would go back! Service was wonderful, food was perfectly done, and price was pleasing! We started with the sweet peppers stuffed with bacon and pueblo chilis then each had the bistec bocata and shared the season fries and finished with a delicious desert (cant remember its name), and I will be back soon to try the eggplant!

The fries and aioli sauce is addicting! Their salads are light but filling! I absolutely love this place. Respectable staff, good service. 5/5 Would highly recommend!

If you would like great food and great conversation with the employees, go here. I had the pickle and dill sandwich. It was grand. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely loved it! Friendly staff and atmosphere. The food was amazing and fresh many gluten-free options. Do yourself a favor and bring a friend and come down here and try it
