Rather than addressing my concern with kindness or any sort of customer care, the staff seemed defensive. They insisted that the jalapeños were included on another dish—a burger—even though that wasn’t relevant to my order. The situation escalated into a heated argument about the jalapeños, and they even tried to confront my friend, who was simply trying to help resolve the issue. I truly enjoy the food here, but the service on this occasion was lacking. I really hope management takes steps to improve the situation before it creates a toxic environment for employees or, worse, leads to conflicts with customers. Also, for those with dietary restrictions, it's worth noting that the menu offers low-carb options.

This restaurant is fantastic. The service is quick and everything is clean. It feels very safe. Food rating: 5/5.

I had the absolute worst experience of my life. The girl who took my order at the drive-thru could hardly be understood, and when she repeated my order back to me, most of it was incorrect. It seems like some important training is needed at this place.
