El Jefe Tacos Burritos #3 - Pueblo

I’ve ordered breakfast burritos through the drive through and they’ve always been hot, tasty and quick. Bonus points for having vegetarian green chile that’s actually spicy.

The only thing good about this place is the curbside appeal. Nasty food! Staff seemed like they would spit in your food just to be snarky... just gross...

Not great at all. Burritos are basically unseasoned eggs and potatoes, very little meat, had literally 3 pieces off a sausage link, Chile is ok, but very unseasoned and very little heat to it. I understand prices have went up but $15 for two ? with nothing in the burritos ? don't justify it.

The food is good, but customer service and wait time is horrible. When you go to the drive-thru no one will acknowledge you for 30 minutes. I understand that they may be busy or short staff but they can least acknowledge you. 30 minutes to wait to get help and 30 minutes for your food is a little ridiculous!

I understand the service is difficult these days however waiting in the drive through behind a car already waiting is not ok if your waiting over 30 min. The person who was before us decided to park and sit outside in front while order was prepared. We waited 30 min. They was there before us. Decided it was too long to wait. My suggestion is not open if the orders in drive through take longer than $10-15 min. You won't save your business on the few orders that take over 30 min. Kind of feel bad but if rather share the info than have others experience the same. Good luck in the future. Food did look good though. ?
