Contribuisci feedbackThere is a reason this IHOP has a high rating. Outstanding customer service and convenient RV parking nearby, two minutes walk to the building. The employees gladly shared their expertise in the region and gave valuable information. We will be visiting CO again soon and will definitely return to this location.
I hadn't been at IHOP for awhile, probably a year or so. I went with my gf and her daughter to get some pancakes. We ordered coffee and they informed us they didn't have creamer, only milk. Our waitress was nice but she seemed a little overwhelmed.I ordered the 2x2x2 breakfast, my gfs daughter ordered a kids meal and my gf ordered a small breakfast in which the server informed her the price in the menu wasn't the right price and it would be more expensive. We each ordered coffee and her daughter ordered a small orange juice.To our surprise, when we received our check they charged us $4 for each coffee we ordered. For a tiny little cup of coffee. Our final bill was $52, not including the tip. The food was okay, a little below what it used to be.When we went up to pay they didn't have any cashier. They had the host but he couldn't cash us out. We had to wait for our server to come over and cash us out, having to use the money in her apron to give us cash back.Overall it was a very poor experience and I won't be going back to IHOP. Prices have been jacked up, quality has went down.
Do not sit in Emily R 's section.Waited for an hour, no food ever came to our table, my husband got up to look to see if order was ready, it had been sitting under the warmers for who knows how long. When Emily noticed, she went over looked, got the food was supposed to be doing the icing on the pancakes, was still taking long so I went to see, and she was standing there looking at someone else 's phone and talking so our food was off the warmer then for who knows how long. When we brought it to her attention her excuse was the cooks were on break. When I let her know we seen the food sitting there she said I was signing my check so I told her good for you for signing a check instead of doing what you were supposed to be doing. My husband spoke to the manager Amber and she and Danica made it right. Danica got tipped a nice tip.
Restaurant was not very clean and the waitresses didn't seem very friendly. Also they were out of several items that you would expect a breakfast place to have. Waitress didn't ask if we needed refills and wasn't very hospitable at all. The place was not busy, so I'm unsure as to why they wouldn't have had things cleaner. I probably won't be back to that location again.
Our waitress Jade seemed very sweet at first but did not come check on us at all. We were the only customers for the majority of our visit. When I went to pay she told me that they don’t have the 16.33 to give me for my change. I had to wait for them to go across the street for change. She then handed me 16.00. I asked her for the rest of my change because I felt like she was trying to keep the entire amount for a tip by telling me she had no change. She got real snooty and handed me .35 and said “Here, even 2 cents extra”. It was ridiculous.The food was good but service was definitely not even up to par.
