Pizza Hut - Pueblo

The food was fantastic, as always! The baked pasta wasn’t bubbly as described, but it had a nice crisp texture. Despite that, it still tasted great. What about the cheesy Alfredo that was ordered?

I really hope this place hires me! I've applied several times because I love it here. The atmosphere is cool and clean, and the staff is fantastic. I come in at least once or twice a week.

I ordered on line 2 pm for carry out to be picked up 4 pm my pizza was dry like it had been setting since I placed the order

This location is consistently inconsistent. Sometimes I get perfectly cooked pizzas with fluffy crusts that will literally make you say mmm when you bite into it. However more often than not my pizza is completely burned from bottom to top with flat cardboard crust and cheese maybe 2 shades from being completely black. Needs cooked less and it's not worth paying for at current standards.

The person cutting my pizza should have a mask on. Employees were in dinning area without masks on. Three employees inc. shift manager were smoking outside by the front door. Gross smell of cigarettes by front door and in lobby when door opened. None of the three employees went to a wash station after smoking but proceeded to work station. Pizza was not regular but was thin and crispy and sauce was not included with wings had to drive back to get sauce.
