The green chili here has best won more than once in Pueblo and I must agree! Very tasteful and the perfect warmth! The waiter was friendly and fast. An egg, chorizo, potatoes, 1 tortilla and green chili with coffee for $8.

Probably one of the must stops when you're in Pueblo, even without its celebrity status. They’re still serving up great food during these odd times, although they're only open until 2pm now. The chorizo burrito was excellent as was the chili. I got both spiced half and half which was pretty much perfect. I personally like my chili a little thicker than this style, but the flavor was outstanding. Will definitely be back.

Just one of many times I've been to Romeros. The food was delicious as always. All three in my party had the Chicken Tacos on White with rice and beans. Unfortunately I did notice that the flooring in the dining area really needed a good cleaning, Mens bathroom, looked like it had been cleaned for a minute and air hand dryer needs to be upgraded, it didn't work hardly at all. Will definitely be back just hope they cleans things up a bit.
