Star - Pueblo

I heard that the Star Burger has made its comeback at Star Bar, and I finally got to try it last night—something that generations of Puebloans had raved about. WOW. I ordered a triple with added Pueblo Chile and Speck, and it was incredible. WOW. I also had their freshly cut pommes, which were equally fantastic. I can't say enough good things! Plus, it's so affordable. The steak knife they placed in the middle was a brilliant touch. If they add a silo, it would be perfect! I live in the Grove, so my routine will change to include regular trips to Star Bar for a full meal. Just a heads up, they only accept cash, but there’s an ATM on-site. Update: The new cook has taken the Star Burgers to a whole new level—they’re amazing in the classic style. Absolutely delicious... though I do miss that dagger steak knife. GH

I always have a fantastic time at this bar, especially when I indulge in their amazing Star Burgers.

The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was delightful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was fortunate to visit on a night with open comedy and karaoke, as well as league dart games, which made for a perfect combination of fun and entertainment.

Perfect dive, opens at 7am for the dayers. The regulars are very welcoming. The bartender, Janell was awesome!

We enjoy well-made sushi and was served excellent sushi this afternoon! Our waitress was cheerful and accommodating (shellfish allergies) and ensured we had a memorable dining experience (date night). We were served rolls much larger than what other sushi restaurants have served us in the past. They were thicker around and the rolls were approximately 8-10 inches long. Five rolls filled the two of us quite nicely!
