Suehiro Japanese - Pueblo

We have been coming here for almost 10 years. My husband and I travel the US and try out every hibachi grill we can find. We still, time and time again find that Suehiro is our favorite and who knew one of the best hibachi grills was found in Pueblo! The owners are so kind, the food is always cooked terrific and there is lots of options on the menu. We start off with the salad and soup. Then we get our sushi appetizers which are always made so perfect. We find the lobster and filet is so good and their rice bowl is AMAZING! We love rice instead of noodles and Suehiro offers rice with cooked eggs, carrots, soy sauce, some butter mixed in (to texture the rice on the grill) and add in some mushrooms and squash. Highly recommend Suehiro and hope you all enjoy it as much as our family does! Oh and we have been taking our 8 year old twins since they were newborns and now take our new baby and they never have a problem welcoming kids there. They are always welcoming!

Very nice, very clean, traditional sushi, friendly staff. I've been to every sushi restaurant in Pueblo and Pueblo West and this is by far the best. We also had ribeye and scallops that we're seasoned and cooked to perfection.
