Sushi Gardens - Pueblo

This was undoubtedly the best sushi experience I've ever had! All the salad dressings are homemade and wonderfully flavorful. I tried the Hot Knight Roll, while my husband enjoyed the Volcano Roll and Veggie Bowl. The eel was surprisingly delicious! Everything we had was absolutely fantastic, and I was really impressed. The atmosphere was peaceful, and our waitress was exceptional!

This place is an excellent example of why you should never judge a book on the cover. The interior is a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service is wonderful, even if the place is packed is also a witness to the food that is amazing. To complete it, our order was originally incorrectly prescribed, which was honestly not a big deal, but it went beyond and well beyond to for something I would probably not have noticed. Our server, Tammy, was really a pleasure and very charming. The chefs are incredibly polite and even the time taken to ask how we enjoyed it is meal. Everything and all a wonderful experience and extremely good food. We'll be back soon.

We've been here a few times when visiting my in-laws, who LOVE this place! Each time, the service has been great and the sushi is always fresh and delicious! I'm a big bento box fan myself, and this place never disappoints. I wish my husband and I lived closer so we could frequent way more often!

This is my favorite place for sushi! The employees are always super friendly and the food is absolutely delicious no matter what you get! The vibes in here are super relaxing so it makes for a great time to chill and enjoy your meal.

Sushi Garden is my favorite sushi restaurant in Pueblo. The selection is fantastic, the sushi is delicious, and Dale, the owner, is dedicated to providing fresh sushi. Our server, Tammy, is down-to-earth and genuinely ensures that we have everything we need. I highly recommend giving it a try—you won't regret it!
