The Waffle Spot - Puerto Escondido

My friends and I really wanted to look and get candy and that was the perfect place. They could make waffles vegan and/or gluten-free either hearty or sweet. My friend and I share the cinnamon roll one and it was amazing. The women who serve us were the most beautiful person and probably the best service we had in Mexico all our time.

I had a vegan yogurt fruit granola shell Matcha latte with coconut milk for 145 pesos for my breakfast there today. The staff is beautiful. It's a nice place great location. A simple menu written in Spanish English. Good value. I'd go back.

I was in Puerto Escondido with my parents for a few days. We’re all vegan/vegetarian. We found the waffle spot to be such a gem of a restaurant. My absolute favorite way everything lol the pesto vegan waffle was delicious and definitely than any waffle I’ve ever had. The fresh juices and hot matcha tea have me reminiscing about dining there. The manager was very sweet and knowledgeable about the area. When I return to Puerto Escondido, The Waffle Spot will be my first dining option. I highly recommend it to anyone and of course the vegans too.
