The food was surprisingly good for an all inclusive resort. There isn 't a lot to do in the evenings. There is a night club that also claims to be a sports bar, but that is all. The infinity pool and swim up bar was a great place to spend each day.
This is supposed to be Dreams Riviera Cancun's best restaurant, I would have to agree. It took us a while to get into it, because they kept closing it, and changing the restaurant schedule. But it eventually opened up and it was worth the wait. Very nice inside, service was great, and the food was the best. My wife and I both had the onion soup, which was great. She had the Coq au vin, which she really liked, and I had the Angus beef fillet, which was great. She had the creme brulee for dessert, and I had the molten chocolate cake. Both were the best desserts we've had at the resort. In typical French restaurant fashion, the portions are small. But the dishes were great. The week we were here, Bordeaux was only open 4 nights. So be sure to find out right away when they will be open, and plan to hit it.
