Kevin - Puerto Plata

Wonderful place for the price. The owner speaks French, but he has many friends who can help with communication. I was happy enough to meet the owner's son when I visited during Christmas in December 2019, so I got a fantastic motorcycle ride at night. They had a small pool and jacuzzi on the roof, a pool table in the lobby and many rooms with different settings. It was not a standard, regular hotel, but the owner has rebuilt the rooms since. It is located right next to the city central park of Puerto Plata, so I went back to the historic streets, directly on the water and lighthouse at night and safely in the darkness. My friends and I were offered free for breakfast, which was of great value to us.

Really friendly people, nice rooms and good Service! The Hotel is an simple one, but the rooms are clean and there is always someone who will help you. At Night there is a Security Service, guests can leave and come back at every day and night time. Located very central in Puerto Plata, 2 minutes by walk to Malécon and 1 minute to Parque Central. It’s not luxury, but for the price this is the best option you can get!

Staff, pool table, location, motorbike rental, price A bit chaotic

Place look like, they took things from the street(like chairs and table, etc)bring in the room to be use.....bathroom with paint chips from the walls...roaches in the closet.....they keep the place lock up...i felti was in jail......etc.....this place I give it a -0 rating...hotel Kevin is not a place to spend your vacation or any day ....No good...

Too bad Maria is gone! The new receptionist there is a mean woman and will lie to you. She told me they had cable TV and put me in a room with a smart TV only for internet. Check the room out before you pay your money. Also there are roaches in the rooms. I wish Fernando could have kept his old staff!
