I personally after 25 minutes in line and the employee not being able to charge me by card I had to leave without the purchase. I then went to another establishment where I did not have the slightest problem. Instruct your employees and what resources you have and solve the air issue in the meantime, you lost this client and if someone asks me, of course I would never recommend it. What a shame the place is as good as it is.
