The staff members are very helpful, kind, and hardworking. The rooms are spacious and well-kept. The beach is beautiful especially at night with the beautiful sunset. The water is perfectly warm and not cold like most beaches due to the volcanoes. Also the sand is black because of the volcanoes. Positive aspects: Location: One of the standout features of the resort is its location. Guests can enjoy a beautiful black sand beach, warm water, and stunning sunsets. Food: Another positive aspect of the resort is the delicious food. Guests seem to enjoy the variety of cuisines and the quality of the meals provided. Rooms: Guests also seem to appreciate the spacious and well-kept rooms. This is an important aspect of any hotel stay, and it's great to hear that guests are comfortable and satisfied with their accommodations. Staff: The staff members at Hotel Soleil Pacífico have been noted as being helpful, kind, and hardworking. This is crucial to ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and stress-free experience at the resort. Areas for improvement: Amenities: While the resort does seem to have some basic amenities, there could be more offered to guests. For example, there may be an opportunity to expand the fitness center or offer more recreational activities. Communication: Some guests have noted that communication with the staff can be a bit challenging, particularly for non-Spanish speakers. This may be an area for improvement to ensure that all guests feel welcomed and informed. Overall, Hotel Soleil Pacífico appears to be a beautiful and enjoyable all-inclusive beach resort with friendly staff, delicious food, and comfortable accommodations. However, there may be some opportunities for improvement in terms of amenities and communication.
I wanted to give this hotel a 2 stars, but I think it deserves 3 stars. The reason why is because 187$ per room? To expensive!! They didn’t offered free wifi and not even free drinks. I been on other on other resorts and have free wifi free drink and all that good stuff.
This place seriously needs room and swimming pool renovation... It's a pity that such a beautiful nature and beach is being wasted with a smelly, dirty facility. Room& elevator smells, pool tiles are taken off and A/C makes noise all night long. But service&food was worth a re-visit, but I will not visit again until facilities are renovated.
When we arrived the staff in front desk were attentive and quick, they gave us the run down of the activities and provided us with a map, had to wait a little for our rooms but while we waited we had to store things in a locker that was too small for luggage, it fit medium backpacks only, I would like to have bigger lockers next time I arrive. The swimming pool had a funny smell like (puke) in an area near mirador bar, hope that gets cleaned soon, the other areas were full of green it made me feel like walking around, the bridge is amazing, sadly the river is a bit tainted, but there is fishes that live in that river mentioned a worker; getting to the beach is a short and safe walk. My wife was a little sad the room smelled musty and also the toilet looked like they quickly washed it and rinsed it, She would of loved it if the toilet had some good smell , the beds were neatly tidy and also didn 't have a funny smell, the food was fulfilling, the staff always looked like they were trimming stuff, cleaning areas, the security was very attentive. Overall I would go again sometime in the future...
Some rooms have black mold and we have to change twice. Rooms are old but we only stayed a night, wouldn't stay longer. It's great to spend a day if you buy a pool access 520 quetzal for a day with food and beverages included. For a room it's around 250CAD
