Caffe del Mar - Puerto Vallarta

A wonderful, safer place for coffee and lite breakfast. bagels. good people watch. pet friendly.

After the walk through the usual crowds and crazyness that make a quantity of this part of puerto vallarta caffe del mar offers some recit. Although it is a walking distance café, it does not suffer from the amount of walk through the traffic that is usually so annoying. this is due to two dingen the tables are well spaced, and it is located almost on the beach on basilio badillo. to be at the rande of the extremely busy part of pvr, it is an ideal place for people looking during the relaxation. next to a good location it also offers a great cappuccino (also the small cus are big) and their chai latte is the best I had outside of Africa. the smoothies come in quite a variety and they are great. everything is naturally freshly prepared. the owner, mario, is obviously proud of his business and keeps his standards high. the barista that served me several times, samir, has learned his trade well. he made me some great drinks and has a great way with his customers. the prices are very reasonable, and as I mentioned, the tassen are big. For a break from the hectic tempo of pvr and a chance to enjoy a first-class cappuccino, latte or smoothies, I recommend this place.

This has to be the best smoothies in pw! I have hit about 7 places and always come here! ask for mark, juan carlos or sebastian and they will join them up right!

In my quest for a great cup of coffee~Caffe del Mar let me down. The Americano was completely watered down the cappuccino was not a cappuccino. The cappuccino was basically an Americano, no milk, no foam a very bitter taste. The 2 gentlemen...working were very pleasant.

After a lazy afternoon wandering around the town sit down and relax with a lovely cup of coffee at Caffe del Mar. Always friendly staff and the coffee is fabulous. Nice and clean inside but we always prefer to sit on the street outside and people watch. Can't wait to return to one of our favorite places.
