Chapultepec - Puerto Vallarta

We were six weeks in los tules. we ate many meals here and were never disappointed by service, quality or price! the service and the staff were the best. descend to anau, farando, andrew the owner,) santos, juan and many others. friendly and helpful in every sight. the 2 for 1 margaritas were a killer, because one was my limit, although my man said I was a light weight! the view of the bay was also beautiful. enjoy this small restaurant in los tules!

Have written a good review in the past, but unfortunately had to pick up this time and go. they have revised the menu and doubled prices. what a sweat. eating was always good and ambiente great, but the prices are now absolutely ridiculous. Just stupid.

This was the first time and will be the last time we ever go to this restaurant. eating was mediocre and service terrible. but the ambiente was great. we went to dinner at 20:15. we noticed that they have served on some tables of bananas, so we decided to order one after dinner. we called to order the waiter and he said it was too late the kitchen closes at 10 o'clock. it was 9:50 o'clock. I recommended that it was common in most of the restaurants that when they conclude that the waiter come and ask if there was something else that was required because the kitchen was closed. that was not the case here. we found this very rude and very unprofessional we will never return. between food and service they were more negatiw than positiw

We ate here 3 times during our stay in los tules. the service was slow and not very professional and eating was only moderately best. nothing was bad, but as a cook I can make a much better job myself. the 2 for...1 margaritas were beautiful every day, and the intention was also very beautiful. because this was the only place to eat in the resort, we really had no great choice unless we went to the city. the one factor that really upsets us, although I celebrated my 60th birthday, and we asked them if they could deliver us with 7 serving chili rellenos for us, as I would cook the remaining meal even in our unit. we didn't want the whole evening dinner, just the one article to be taken with us. no problem they said.come down when they need them as we are looking for them. how much I asked the answer was that they would take care of us and would not worry. Now when we came to them, they decided that it was not worth serving their time, unless we paid for full dinner. - Yeah. I wanted to hit her right in the mouth. terrible customer service, and the manager should have been fired for it. I've been in this line for 40 years and that's something they don't do in this business

OK, we stay at Los Tules where this great little restaurant is located. But even if we did not, we would go there for the food, the cocktails and the sunset view. There are daily specials that Andrew, the Owner, sets up to be more...special than the other offerings. The menu is extensive, so everyone can find favorites to order. Caesar Salad made up on a cart right next to your table is a special treat. Cash or Credit Card.
