The entertaining part was that we were watching the staff go across the street, to the oxxo (corner store), for supplies that the customers ordered, for example ice for our drinks, frozen fries, etc. We ordered margaritas and nachos... both were ok, but definitely nothing to write home about. We got our bill and were shocked that we were paying almost 600 pesos... oh, well! Lesson learned... won 't be back.
Such a great experience at a true local PV establishment. Everything was fresh and made to order. Victor is a great dude and takes care of your every need! Highly recommended!!
Great Margritas, we had the Coconut Shrimp it was great. It was a enjoyable lay back evening to enjoy good food ans drinks l.
My friends and I stopped at this establishment, which was just down from our resort for our first dinner in Mexico this winter. The owner/manager is a card! He keeps you entertained while helping you to order. If you have just arrived in PV and...need a good meal with someone to help you order in English- this is your place. The food was very good and the atmosphere was friendly.
I’ve eaten here nights in a row. A street front restaurant you can people watch or just enjoy the food. I didn’t try their margaritas but the lemonade was great! First night they were out of the whole red snapper so O had butterflied...fired shrimp. huge shrimp! Once I heard she had flan for dessert I saved the rest of the shrimp for a later snack and had the flan. Lovely presentation and was delicious. Went back today for the whole fresh red snapper. Tender and delicious. Served with tortillas and a side of rice and salad. Again couldn’t finish it all so took it home. The woman is a wonderful server, her husband provides the entertainment and his patter brings people in. The kitchen is up stairs so she stays slim by efficiently delivering your food piping hot. May have to go back to try the “mummy” shrimp. Shrimp grilled and wrapped in bacon. Another group had the steaks which looked great and they devoured it all. Do stop for dinner!
