A really sweet Mexican palapa joint, where chicken and truth teeth run around the cats and dogs so that after the...round of the golf on vista is over. it is a much better place to have a beer with the young. the overpriced clubhaus an vista the hotel is located right in front of the entrance to the golf course vista vallarta.
We played golf at vista vallarta and then went over the road to rosie’s, a dach restaurant with the best tacos round. a few rosies tacos, a dietary coke, corona or margarita and the day is perfect. rosie is the most beautiful lady who lived in California for many years before she went to home to pw and opened her own place. it is in a rural contrary full of cats and dogs and chickens, truthühner, kühe, etc. it is a very pleasant experience to meet them, to talk to them, and bask in the serenity of their place.
The garnelen chimichanga is the best I ever had. rosie prepares all meals - incredibly fresh. it is a wonderful place to stop after a round golf at vista vallarta.
This place is located above the road from the golf course vista vallarta and is one to stop after its round. great snacks. I would recommend the guacamole that makes it fresh. also chios with frijoles and cheese. rosie makes her own cheese in front of place and it is wonderful. the beer is at the coldest in Puerto. the cars/boutlets young will like to drive them in a car and rosie will call the clubhouse for convertibles. Never miss rosie again.
Rosie's is right next to Vista Vallarta golf course. It is basically her house. Rosie was a chef in the US for many years and her cooking is special. There is no menu, just ask Rosie what is available. I most often get the shrimp...cooked in oil and garlic, which is always fantastic...plus, you get a lot. The rellenos are good, the chips and salsa are fresh, fresh, fresh. She cooks her own...homemade tortillas, freshly fried. Comes out warm and tasty. Rosie also makes a good Rita. When we were here last time, she was also serving chicken mole and shrimp chimichangas. I have never had a bad meal and the prices are really low. A very funky place that you will enjoy and keep going back after golf. She raises her own chickens. The roosters are walking around the yard.
