Tacon de Marlin - Puerto Vallarta

Awesome best describes our experience at Tacon de Marlin. We live in PV and went to the airport to pick up some friends. Since picking up or dropping off folks at the airport can be crazy at times we decided to pick up our friends across the walking bridge from the airport at Tacon. The food and staff were wonderful. My wife asked staff about a spice they used that she enjoyed. The manager came over with a small baggie of the spice for my wife to bring home. Parking is tight but there are a couple of side streets.

Overall I love Tacón Marlin. They have excellent food, I personally love the smoked Marlin burrito. It’s outstanding! I also really like the house salad that they bring to the table consisting of cucumber, carrot, jicama, radish in a herbed Mayo. It’s delicious. No the only off putting thing to me is the service can be hit or miss. Today they were busy and the service was a miss but that alone won’t keep me for returning.
