Place is a shambles, no idea if food any good? Got refund and went elsewhere

I was initially skeptical after reading the first few reviews, so I decided to call in my order. I picked up the burger and fries 20 minutes later without any problems, and the food was fantastic.

The new owners are fantastic! The food is exceptional, and the service is outstanding.

After waiting for 20 minutes, we asked when our burger and chips would be ready, only to find out they hadn't even started preparing our order! Others who had ordered after us received their meals. It was completely disorganized. We did get a refund for the burger, but I had to remind them that we also needed a refund for the chips. We ended up taking our money elsewhere.
