Little Caesars Pizza - Pulaski

I ordered a pizza and a five-cheese bread mix from Or 10, and they informed me that I would have to order them for tomorrow because they couldn't prepare them today. I'm not sure what kind of business they're operating, but it certainly loses them customers.

This restaurant is fantastic! I always place my orders online and use the drive-thru. My orders are consistently accurate and always hot and ready by the time I arrive. This allows me to enjoy a quick 30-minute lunch!

The wait time for my order was supposed to be 15 minutes, which I thought was reasonable. However, when I returned, I was informed that it would actually take 10-15 minutes longer because an order for 11 pizzas had been prioritized ahead of mine. During the entire waiting period, I received no updates or communication. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with very poor customer service.

It's a pizza place, what can I say? I grew up on the west side of Chicago, opposite Cicero. Let's just say the unofficial Little Italy. This is when it still uses real olive oil and cheese from the old country. That was pizza! Little Ceasars doesn't even come close, but what I remember is from another lifetime. I visited the Pulaski little Caesar?s all the time it?s been always the same excuse I always order the same thing when I go the hot and readys well they have always told me it be a 20 min wait on a hot and ready because they didn?t have any made the last time I was told a 10 min wait I waited 45 min on 2 hot and readys I was very upset no apology was given when I finally got my pizzas I will not be goikg back to little Caesar?s I will go to dominos instead and don?t have the wait or the rudeness I would not recommend going to little Caesar?s unless u have time to wait on pizzas that is suppose to be ready I thought that?s why they were called hot and ready I would understand if I ordered and had wait on a specialty pizza but no I didn?t and really one star rating is to high for this store
