Contribuisci feedbackAs for the accommodations, the rooms are of high quality and well-maintained. However, it's worth noting that you'll need a car to reach the location. The food and drinks are delightful and presented beautifully. Overall, I would rate the rooms a solid 5.
The staff members were as helpful and friendly as ever. However, we did notice that the relaxing piano and harp music was missing from the reception area, along with the delightful scented candles that usually create a soothing atmosphere. This did alter the ambiance a bit, but that’s just our personal preference. My wife enjoyed a massage at Kasia Spa, where the staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Although we didn’t have a chance to utilize the pool or gym this time, it’s a great perk for hotel guests. We dined at the refurbished Nelsons Bar both nights. I’m not sure if they were short-staffed on the second night, but we noticed that no one came around to check if we wanted more drinks, unlike the first night. Nevertheless, the food was excellent on both occasions. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something less formal than the Palms, which we’ve also enjoyed. Breakfast, as always, was outstanding and very laid-back, with a great variety even for picky eaters. Unfortunately, when we were getting ready to leave, we discovered that someone had collided with our car in the parking lot (cracking our bumper) and then drove off. We know this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it did put a damper on our departure. Despite this incident, we had another wonderful stay and will definitely be back, making the over 200-mile journey worth it!
My wife attended an afternoon tea event, while I found a cozy spot at Nelson's. The atmosphere was delightful and relaxing, and I appreciated the availability of Wi-Fi. The decor was of high quality, and the service was excellent—prompt and attentive. Additionally, the venue is very accessible for disabled guests. Overall, I would rate the service and location both as 5 out of 5, highlighting the luxurious experience offered.

Pity there is no 0 star rating available. In the short words avoid at any cost. Book yourself a Premier Inn or Travel Lodge as a bare minimum but you will know what you are paying for. Noisy parties making impossible to sleep, complaints not dealt with. Customer service non existent. Overpriced faff. Location the venue itself beautiful. Only staff ruins the impression. Complaining customer is openly ignored. Rooms: quality and cleanness doesn't reflect the price tag Food drinks: customer needs to put a lot of effort to be noticed Noteworthy details: beautiful venue, needs more attention to detail, a bit of dusting would definitely help; omnipresent cobwebs do not impress much
