Sushi 79 - Pullenvale

We visited the Bellbowrie Sushi 79 restaurant and found the food top quality and the service very good. We had the Chicken Terriaki Bento Box and all ingredients were fresh and nicely cooked. The service was on par with the service we experienced in Tokyo - super efficient and much Japanese banter emanating from the kitchen.

The sushi here is worth traveling for, it's made fresh & it tastes delicious. My family & friends are willing to travel 40 minutes to get their fix!

Whenever I leave Genesis gym at jindalee feeling ravenous and when I want a healthy brunch, I always hop across the road and order the sushi & sashimi takeaway, it's yum if you love raw fish! Raw scallops are gorgeous.

I first went there last week and have been back twice since. The sashimi is awesome. As are the grilled nigiri. Everything is made fresh so it isn't instant but it's so fresh. The price is cheaper than many others and they have discounts or bonuses if you pay your bill in cash.

As i cannot comment on sushi 79 i''m putting in my remarks on the new one at rode road stafford. hoping it will get to those who might be able to do something about the slow service and food court food at restarant prices. we ordered sushi and a curry. sushi for the children took 20 minutes to arrive, half an hour later ours arrived.kids who were 3 and 4 at the time had had enough of sitting waiting and i went in and said make it take away we've waited to long and the children are getting fractious. we thought it would be quick. very funny
