How do you not have fries and then they proceed to charge you the full amount of the combo? You can't even give a discount for just a sandwich because you don't have fries. No. They want to charge you the full price. It's almost criminal 4.5.23
When my food was brought out by the same person who took my order, I pointed out the mix-up, explaining that I had received sweet tea instead. The response was, "No, that's definitely unsweetened; I poured it from the machine myself. I don't know what to tell you." I reiterated that it tasted sweet, but there was no offer to remedy the situation—just a dismissive, "Sorry, it's unsweet." As I really dislike sweet tea, I was left without a drink. We got home, just five minutes away, only to find that both sandwiches were flat, as if they had been squished (despite having handled the takeout bag carefully). The fries in both orders were cold, and my #7 burger lacked both the vegetables and bacon it was supposed to have (the burger itself was also cold). The chicken sandwich had barely any mayo, and the lettuce was wilted. Overall, I spent $26 for an incredibly disappointing meal. We opted for this restaurant because we needed a quick and easy dinner after a long day, but instead, we ended up with frustration.
I was the only car in the drive-thru at 6:15 in the morning. After I paid, I had to pull into the parking lot, which was quite inconvenient compared to just continuing through the drive-thru. When I finally got my food, the sandwich was wrong, and the hash brown was cold and greasy. If you're going to make me wait like this to make it seem like the drive-thru is fast, at least serve me the correct food that's hot.
This might be the worst Jack in the Box I've ever visited. The manager was extremely unprofessional and messed up my order not once, but twice. It felt like fixing my order, which I had already paid for, was an inconvenience for them. I definitely do not recommend visiting this Jack in the Box if you're in Pullman.
Prices are high, but staff is friendly and store is well maintained. However, every time I've stopped by after work around 11pm, there has been at least one sketchy person hanging around out front. Either a thug or a crazy person. Weird to see that in Pullman.
