El Jannah - PUNCHBOWL

Made an order through uber eats for my son’s second birthday .. the store packed the wrong order and sent it to a different customer. Then the manager proceeded to tell me he could not help me and it was my fault because I should not use Uber Eats. He said he could not help me and hung up on me. This Resturant is a disgrace! I will NEVER order from this store again! What a horrible experience, disgusting service and horrendous customer service!!!!

The chicken is usually fairly good. haven't really had issues here. sides they offer are good. maybe offer some complementary sauces to compliment the food. I feel it can sometimes have a basic environment.

Unbelievable value and quality here. We ordered the family meal deal and we had leftovers to take home with us. Super tasty chicken, lovely salads and sides. It was really a meal that we enjoyed it's not fine dining, don't get confused. But it is certainly not to be compared with much cheaper imitations.

Best bbq chicken , I cant help every time I drive past but too stop , the charcoal chicken smell that emanates from this shop is my weakness.

We visited the newly renovated El Jannah at Punchbowl last night. Much better atmosphere since the fit out good stuff. We ordered 1/4 chicken plate which consists of 1/4 chicken (of course! , toum (garlic paste/dip and pickles which is served with ample lebanese bread. As a side we ordered tabouli, hommus and large chips. We had a bottle of water each and it was under $15/head! Totally satisfied with the quality of food and the service. Several Lebanese sweet shops close by so winner winner chicken dinner!!!
