Meliá Caribe Beach Resort - Punta Cana

Family holidays in a 5-star hotel in Punta Cana. VIP treatment with all inclusive and all goods. Covid19 precautions throughout the complex. Before returning to Puerto Rico we had carried out 19 tests at Hotel Melia. My sister has a holiday package and we go almost every year. Best place, best service, excellent food, best accusations and the urgency that the staff takes to visit your comfort and pleasure is excellent! Dear Melia Caribe!

Excellent service, staff are friendly and with great manners. I couldn't ask for more I felt like home. Good food and drinks! The reception is super beautiful and polite (Sandra Carrasco). The animation crew was great, especially on the beach/pool (Joel John her very funny guys. The night show in the theatre is spectacular. In any case, I recommend this place .

We have a few more days here and I just had to write a review! We booked our trip in front of the adult side and family side shared. We go the level, but it was only for the family side, not the adult side. So we were a bit disappointed, but the staff here is just about extraordinary and makes completely out that we are not able to visit some of the level restaurants and bars on the adult side. I am so impressed by all who work here, everyone is friendly, informative and patient. The only thing that makes me sad is that the guests are rude to the workers. I'm sure the staff is busy, but they treat everything so beautiful. I can't wait to enjoy my last few days here. Again, the staff is simply amazing! Thank you to all who work here!!

09. December 2022 Dinner at the Capri Mediterran was a la cart restaurant so far one of the best we had. Food was amazing and the service was great. People in this restaurant really worked hard as a team to please everyone. Book your dinner at this place

This resort was awesome. The staff treated us like royalty. The atmosphere was so relaxing. Tha bar staff attendants were the best, especially in the pool. I would like for the cart service to be available 24/7. We would have also liked to have music at the pool bar. This is a wellness resort but even in rejuvenation it's okay to have some fun. It would have been nice if they offered cart rides to the sister resort for exploration.
