Dae Jang Gum Korean - Punta Engano

If you are searching for authentic Korean cuisine, this is the place to go. You can tell it's authentic when you see busloads of Koreans dining here. During our visit, we were the only Filipino customers, so don't be surprised if you receive some curious looks from the Korean patrons. The restaurant offers a wide variety of side dishes and complimentary refills. The service is speedy, but be aware that there is a 10% service charge. Despite the distance from the city center, the food is well worth the drive. If you are looking for a road trip with delicious Korean food along the way, this is the perfect spot. The dishes taste authentic and are superior to many city establishments, in my opinion. Due to the popularity of the restaurant among Korean tour groups, it is frequently fully booked. If you plan on dining here with a large group, it is best to avoid peak hours or inquire about availability in advance. Korean groups often reserve tables ahead of time, so plan accordingly to avoid disappointment.

I recall visiting this restaurant. The food was decent and the atmosphere was very relaxed. However, I did experience some intense stomach issues a few days after dining there. Overall, it was an average experience.

We diacovered this brave Korean who open while the strip mall is barely 60% done. In the midst of bare cement walls and scaffoldings , the blaring neon beckons us in. We were rewarded with uneven service and gerenerous servings of good well balance Korean dishes. This is a no beef resto. Only pork n chicken. And the place was full of Koreans making us foreigners in Punta E.

The food was decent, but the service was lacking.
