Papa John's Pizza - Punta Gorda

Ordered online and my order was ready, hot and waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up at the scheduled time. Staff member was friendly and efficient and the place was clean.

Once you learn how to order a pizza, they can make what you want and you will be satisfied. Try garlic knots. Yummy.

Got a large pizza and garlic knots. Very very impressed. Really satisfied that craving for Italian.

We ordered a $40 with tip pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and added multiple toppings to create Supreme style pizza. 45 minutes later we received a cheesy Alfredo pizza. We called the store, let them know there had been a mix up and initially were toldthat they would send us the correct pizza out and we would receive a future pizza for free. An hour later we called them backafter still not receiving the pizza we ordered and paid for and were told they were not sending us the pizza we paid for but wewould have a future credit. This was on a Wednesday night so not exactly the busiest night of the week. Very disappointing.

My husband placed our order online, approximately an hour before I went to pick our food up. For some reason, their system didn?t show any record of his order, so our food wasn?t ready. But I must say the manager went WAY above and beyond to remedythe situation. She was very professional, and kind. We will definitely return to this location in the future. Excellentcustomer service:
