The restaurant offers incredibly tasty American cuisine that is perfect for the entire family. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
The Staff, food, service, prices, and owners at Phil's are outstanding. Kudos to them!
It was the best country fried steak I've ever had. drove up from Largo Florida and I was really hungry. This place satisfied.
