Chipotle Mexican Grill - Purcellville

The person at the counter served me a very small portion for my bowl and didn’t include any chicken. When I asked for more, he mentioned it would cost extra and only gave me one additional piece. Seriously, come on!

I visited around 6:30 PM tonight. Although the app mistakenly identified my location, which made things a bit tricky to resolve, the staff at this Chipotle had my order ready as soon as we figured it out. The team they've hired recently is thoughtful and considerate, which isn't always the case in this industry or even among different Chipotle locations. Their training seems effective, and they prepared my food correctly on the first try. Thank you, everyone!

I was incredibly disappointed! The portion sizes were tiny, and my food was cold. I felt like I just wasted my money. Everyone looks forward to lunch, and then a staff member decides not to fill my bowl properly. I'm really upset! They completely ruined my lunch experience!

I LOVE CHIPOTLE!!!! MUST GO!!! CHIPOTLE IS THE BEST. I go to this chipotle a lot and it never disappoints. Veggies are always fresh protein and rice is always warm its the best!!!

Insanely overpriced for a fast casual style burrito.
