Mcdonald's - Purvis

It was busy and not in a big hurry despite their long lines and visibly annoyed customers... Like every McDonald's I have ever been in...Kid-friendliness: It's a McDonald's with a tiny play area and very few seats but big open space between the tables and near the counter (all that space is for frustrated people to pace around in or stand with arms crossed while waiting to get their food)

Not sure what was going on, But the service was not pleasant at all. I found it a little odd that the cashier's and front line was drowning, And there were 2 employees (Management at that) sitting in the play room having a meeting. I will say that because of the service, Once we received our order, it had several extra items in the bag. So they were trying to make things right. I just cannot help but to wonder why the 2 in the playroom chose to sit and watch them struggle so. Not what a customer wants to see.

They never get my order right, fries are always cold and I wanted for 20 minutes. The hamburger patty tasted old.

They really don’t take care of their customers, food is wrong and this McDonald’s is dirty would not recommend?

As a manager I'm highly disappointed in this location. They always get the food wrong and catch a attitude when given the wrong food and they will just give you the exact same order you complained about. And when you get the right order they normally just toss it in there, sending food all over in the bag. They chick named Lila is so rude and desperately needs corrective training. As a team lead she is definitely unqualified. The night crew is just terrible and half of them should be let go.
