Nothing wrong with it at all, exactly as you would expect a truck stop a&w to be. Very clean.

A comment about atmosphere. They forgot to put out the cloth table coverings and candles. It was clean and bathrooms good given it is attached to a busy gas station. Always good at A&W. The only place I not ally go for fast food.

Denied access to the restaurant because I had a service dog. My dog in full jacket, harness, had my papers, and the staff say I can’t have “a dog” here and “I can’t tell it’s a service dog”. I pointed at the very visible vest, with accredited organization logo across my dog’s full back, held out the business card size accreditation papers and said “this is a service dog”. They said my husband can order the food, and I can wait outside and eat outside but not dine in.Don’t care how good your burgers are you don’t respect human rights! The ONLY fast food chain that has treated me like this! Shame on you!

A&W's quality has always been top tier, however, they are getting too expensive, and starting to nickle and dime.Charging for tiny mayo packets is embarrassing.5 star food, 3 stars cause?
