The cashier was extremely difficult to communicate with due to her being soft spoken and her accent was difficult to understand. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo and asked for a medium-sized drink as well the cashier repeatedly told me that a drink was included with the combo I repeatedly said to her I understand I get a free drink I want to purchase an extra drink. There was a woman with three children ahead of me and the cashier handed her her drink cups and handed me my drink cups and before the woman ahead of me put her drink cups down. I asked the cashier to wipe the counter it was filthy and sticky tacky from previous spillages. The cashier seem to be confused and not understand what I was asking for so the woman behind came from the kitchen and refused to wash the counter that was very sticky very filthy saying that she's not cleaning it until closing time. At which point I demanded to have a refund as I did not want my food or beverages place on a filthy countertop. Suddenly the cashier spoke clear English and firmly said no the cleaning will be done at closing time. Repeatedly I requested a refund can you imagine if the counter is that filthy and they're not cleaning it what kind of kitchen are they cooking your meals in eventually I did get my refund

They do not use cashiers anymore. Forcing to share the Kiosk with other stores. Makes the process much longer and tedious. Zero stars, do better

Served me food i thought was fine until now as i?m throwing up all of the chicken sandwich. this place is a joke.

Their chicken sandwich is really good, but I'm not happy that they removed the lettuce and tomatoes.
