Ok so the chicken sandwich was good. The service just so so. The till guy seemed to be new and verrryyy slow. I think he was training as he had to look over his shoulder for help for everything I asked for. Rest stop was not very clean..

Poorest Popeyes experience I?ve had. There is a ton of chicken cooked sitting out with only a line up of 4 people. Definitely won?t taste fresh by the time you get it. Extremely slow service and slow in taking orders. Ran out of chicken sandwich at 7:30pm.

Popeyes 401 Cambridge is the nastiest. The pop was syrup and water, no carbon. Gross The strips were overcooked and the biscuit was not what popeye's normally does. It was hard. Like a hockey puck. Dinner was a waste. Threw it out. Cole slaw was great. Thumbs down. Love popeye's. Hate this popeyes. Step it up to standards please.

They are of the mistaken impression red beans and rice was just a promotional item, rater than one of Popeye's signature dishes. The signature dish I specifically stop for.

The cashier was extremely difficult to communicate with due to her being soft spoken and her accent was difficult to understand. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo and asked for a medium-sized drink as well the cashier repeatedly told me that a drink was included with the combo I repeatedly said to her I understand I get a free drink I want to purchase an extra drink. There was a woman with three children ahead of me and the cashier handed her her drink cups and handed me my drink cups and before the woman ahead of me put her drink cups down. I asked the cashier to wipe the counter it was filthy and sticky tacky from previous spillages. The cashier seem to be confused and not understand what I was asking for so the woman behind came from the kitchen and refused to wash the counter that was very sticky very filthy saying that she's not cleaning it until closing time. At which point I demanded to have a refund as I did not want my food or beverages place on a filthy countertop. Suddenly the cashier spoke clear English and firmly said no the cleaning will be done at closing time. Repeatedly I requested a refund can you imagine if the counter is that filthy and they're not cleaning it what kind of kitchen are they cooking your meals in eventually I did get my refund
