I've tried their BBQ ribs, Kailua pork, and brisket, and everything is delicious, juicy, and so tender that it practically falls apart! You can tell they've been cooked to perfection. Even the side salads and tater tots are fresh and unique—not your typical sides. The salads are bursting with fantastic flavors, and the tater tots come piping hot and perfectly seasoned. We just moved to Maui five months ago from California, and I've already been here four times. Honestly, I could eat here every week! Surprisingly, the grass-fed burger is my absolute favorite! It’s incredibly juicy and has the best flavor I’ve ever experienced—hands down the best burger I’ve had. It comes topped with sautéed mushrooms, grilled onions, sharp cheddar, and super tender pork belly that requires hardly any chewing. The patty is handmade, delicious, large, and juicy! What I appreciate is how they take their time to assemble the ingredients perfectly, considering every bite. It’s not a messy burger where everything falls out at the first bite; instead, each bite is just right. I also really enjoy the side dill pickle and hot tater tots. I’ve been hooked on this burger during my last two visits. I can’t wait to come back!

Simply put, it’s AMAZING! The location is somewhat off the beaten path, but it is absolutely worth the trip. The smoked huli huli chicken is hands down the best non-fried chicken I’ve ever tasted. The brisket loco moco is also incredible, coming in a close second. There are no long lines, and plenty of covered benches to enjoy your meal. It won't be long before this place is on everyone’s list, so make sure to visit before the crowds arrive!

Honestly, this is some of the best BBQ I’ve ever tasted. We tried everything on the menu—brisket, pork belly, chicken, and the burger—and they were all fantastic. Even the pohole salad and tater tots were excellent. If you’re coming back from Hana, this is a perfect way to wrap up your trip. I would definitely eat here again.
