South Hill Bigfoot Java - Puyallup

Took 12 mins to order a drink, and there were only 2 cars in front of me getting 1 drink each. I ordered an iced coffee, not knowing they must not have iced coffees because the barisra kept correcting me and saying Americano. I repeated myself and said no an iced coffee please. If you don't brew coffee for iced coffee that's fine just say so and not try to correct me. I was a barista for over a decade and there is a difference in the two drinks. The Americano was fine but not what I wanted.

My only ding to this location was that my drip coffee was not hot but still drinkable. My wife's mocha was hot, catching her off guard. The service was fast and friendly.
