It looks like there is no parking lot. Everyone seems to be parking in front of the store. (I'm sorry if there is one) The noren curtain is hanging inside the double doors, so when I first found it, I thought it was closed... I'm glad I got off and checked. When I entered the store, it was like stepping back in time to a Showa-era dining hall. The menu and prices are all from that era as well. I had the Niku Ten Chuka for ¥700. I think it's cheap. It's a ramen with chashu and tempura coating on top of Chinese noodles. It's like a ramen version of tempura soba with Chashu. It's definitely a local noodle that you can only find here. It has a very gentle taste. The tempura coating does a good job. I couldn't help but drink up the soup. The store is run by an elderly woman and a young man (her grandson, perhaps?). It was a moment where I felt the charm of Akita Prefecture in the kind service and relaxed atmosphere while enjoying the local noodles. Thank you, grandma and brother.
"The Niku Ten Chuka (Chinese noodles with meat) for 700 yen was served in a small bowl with traditional Chinese noodles. The char siu was delicious and I finished every last drop of soup. Thank you for the delicious meal."
I tried the Nikutenn Chuka Soba and it was as delicious as the reviews said. The tempura really enhances the flavor of the soup, and the meat was big and tender. It was a different kind of deliciousness compared to the soy sauce ramen I usually eat. This is a flavor that makes you want to eat it again. Thank you for the meal.
