Every time I buy the rubbish food I get rubbish, rubbish service and I have to return the so called food and ask for a refund. Also it's staff are incredibly stupid and seem to possess no intelligence or common sense what so ever. For example today I ordered using the touch screen a cheese burger meal and a chocolate hot cross buns. After waiting 15 min at 1.49 am when it's not busy I received only a hot cross bun. After returning to tell staff my order is wrong I then received a bun with only meat inside with a warm flat coke and now the hot cross buns was cold. Then returning the food and showing the idiot staff the so called burger bread and meat and asked them what was wrong with that the looked at me with a dumb look like they didn't know. So I requested a refund and the manager tried to refund me someone else's order of only a hamburger. After arguing with the idiot that that wasn't my order, and my order should have been a cheese burger meal with a hot cross bun. He ended up just asking me how much it was and gave me the money. Now just want to say every time I ever try order mc Donald's I get rubbish and demand a refund. We're does the place source it's staff from????
Just went to this store and ordered 3 large coffee's got home all three were just over half full, if I wanted a small or medium I would have ordered it, this is just theft. Not supplying what a customer orders.
I completely agree that the McDonald's in Quakers Hill is the worst. When I went there, I was told to order on the machine, but another customer who came in after me was served right away. Not only are they the worst, but they are also lazy and I felt like I was treated unfairly because of my race.
My partner and I ordered a $60 meal early one morning while we were sick with covid, only to receive half of the order. We were unable to leave the house to fix the issue. When we called the manager to see if anything could be done, she did not apologize and hung up the phone. Additionally, the young Asian manager has a bad attitude and lacks basic customer service skills. This restaurant is a joke and either needs a complete staff overhaul or should be permanently closed down.
Probably one of the worst McDonalds stores in NSW. Not once have I received an order without least one mistake. No point mentioning this to management, their apathy is tangible! Expect the worst and anything better than that is a bonus.
