The breakfast at this restaurant was excellent. They used the best quality ingredients like ham, bacon, and bread. The food looked and tasted like it was cooked at home with great care and attention. The service was friendly as well. I will definitely be returning.

The service at this restaurant is consistently sincere, quick, and polite. The food is delicious, and the prices are incredibly fair. It's a fantastic spot for lunch, but the dinner menu after 4:30 is truly the best value for your money in the area - and even in the Comox Valley as a whole.

We stayed in this restaurant on a road trip. the situation and the food surpassed what we expected. all enjoyed their meals, portions were generous and tasty. we would stop here again.

I stopped here for lunch while being a tourist in the area. I was hungry. It was open. And in my experience a lot of these older places often have good food. The place looks like a bit of a dive from the outside, but...inside it was homey . They had a good selection on their menu, and I went with the Horn Lake burger. It was a buffalo patty with BBQ sauce. I was a delicious burger, although it was a bit light on the BBQ. The fries were good. The waitress was very nice and efficient. I read in another review that the prices were a bit high, but prices seemed to be in line with other places I 'd been to on my trip. Everything is more expensive now due to shortages, etc. I sat inside for this meal, but they have a beautiful deck out back with views of the water.
