Contribuisci feedbackWhy would you serve someone a burnt item instead of making a fresh one? I usually treat myself to coffee and a breakfast item from Starbucks on Fridays, but I decided to give Dunkin a try this morning. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Please improve your quality!
This Dunkin' wasn't the cleanest or most pleasant I've been to. The food took a while to arrive and didn't taste particularly good. My iced matcha latte seemed off, and the cream cheese on my bagel wasn't great either. Luckily, I was just passing through, and I probably won't return. If I ever find myself in the area again, I definitely won’t stop at this location.
The staff appeared quite unenthusiastic about their work. When I went to place my order, I was informed that they had turned off the espresso machine an hour before closing, so there were no espresso-based drinks available. I decided to go for a regular coffee, but it was only two-thirds full and barely warm.
I was helped by Tyler today best customer service ever!! Very clean store and food was super fresh! This young man needs a raise ASAP!!
I don 't write reviews very often but this Dunkin location seriously SUCKS. Ive come in 4 different times since we moved in 8 months ago and every single time, it has been an issue.We usually order half a dozen donuts, half chocolate and half glazed. This is the third time they 've given me something different than what i ordered. They said we were out of ____ donuts so we gave you ____ instead. If i knew you didn 't have the donuts i ordered, i would 've gotten a refund. They write it off as well we still gave you donuts so it 's fine. They 've double charged me, given us wrong orders, and given us stale food. The donuts and sandwiches are never fresh, even in the mornings.My husband just sat at the curbside for 20 minutes waiting on the order we made online. When i called to ask if they were going to bring it out sometime soon, they apologized and said they 'd bring it out. When it came out, we were given different donuts than what we ordered because they were out (again, we would 've gotten a refund and gone somewhere else had we known they didn 't have it), my husbands frozen coffee (which wasn 't even frozen) wasn 't even all the way full, and the donuts were stale!I hate writing negative reviews because I 've worked in customer service but this Dunkin truly is the worst location I 've ever been to. Go to one out in town if you can!
