Used a kiosk and whoever was making the food must not have read the print out cause instead of a quarter pounder with cheese, I got a hamburger. Others in the group got the wrong order as well.

This is the only McDonald’s that I enjoy going to mostly because Blanca always greets me with a smile and is extremely professional and polite with her customer service. Blanca always makes my mornings better with her vivacious personality!
Went to the McDonalds at Quantico MCB. Their self service machine said they had Kerwin Frost boxes. I ordered one. When I tried to order a second, the machine said they were out, suggesting I’d just ordered the last box. At the counter, the cashier insisted they had no KF boxes left. I replied that the machine said they had one and I ordered it. The cashier didn’t check and insisted they were out, then returned to me the difference between a KF box and a regular meal. When the food was brought to our table my daughter’s order was missing. The woman delivering the food didn’t understand despite my providing her the receipt. As I am Hispanic, I spoke to her in Spanish. That seemed to irritate her and she stormed off with the receipt. I had to stand up and speak to the manager before they gave me my daughter’s sandwich. My daughter still did not have her iced coffee. She had to go to the counter personally to get the iced coffee that we paid for. After that, the assistant manager and others kept watching us and circling our table. I don’t understand the passive resistance in completing our order nor do I understand why we were treated oddly when they messed up the order from the beginning.
