My company and I have been planning our annual donor event all year and we wanted it to be perfect. We hired Charles Levine and his team to cater our special event and it was the best decision we made! Charles was very easy to work with from the start of the planning process, changes that needed to be made in the middle and right through to the execution of our big day. His pricing is great and fair for what is being provided. Their food and service is very high-end but in a non-pretentious way. Charles and his team recently catered our wedding weekend and we could not have been happier! From our family dinner on Friday evening to the wedding reception, everything was flawlessly executed and extremely delicious. Charles and his team made my sister's wedding an outstanding affair. As her planner, I knew that Charles would be the perfect choice for her March wedding at the George Peabody Library because he personally takes ownership for the events he caters. He wanted to know who they were as a couple, took the time to speak with them (which is rare for an owner/lead chef! , and even came by on the wedding day to ensure everything was running smoothly.In terms of his staff, Donna, Mike, Bob, Jorge, and many others have worked with Charles for years. It is evident that he treats those he works with like family. Each member of his team checked in with the planning team often which led to seamless execution on their wedding day.
