This is an Amazing restaurant almost a hidden gem . The food is lovely . I am a Coeliac and have to eat gluten free food and this is well catered for here, The service and ambience is second to none and we would thoroughly...recommend this restaurant , one of the best restaurants in Quarteria

Having worked and travelled a lot in France, I still miss those outstanding dishes from that country with a great culinary tradition. Sadly, in Portugal and especially on the Algarve, you will have few opportunities to savour that experience. Hence, it was a joy to...fall upon Diplomatico, a self described bistro, that can satisfy that longing. Their menu, although not copious, is a first class example of classic dishes cooked to perfection, that personifies French cuisine, and reasonably priced. The ambience is outstanding.....a beautiful garden to eat in when the sun shines and a cosy interior to enjoy. Valerie is welcoming and very accommodating and is a perfect partner to the food that Herve prepares. During my visits, I have tried many dishes and sampled others from my friends' plates. Not once have I had anything that departs from food excellence. I have little doubt that if Herve expands his menu range, we would certainly be talking of "restaurant" rather than bistro. If anyone is holidaying in the area of Quarteira or Vilamoura, you would be making a major mistake if you didn't seek this place out. Quite outstanding

This is probably the best place to be when you want to have a great diner ! This french restaurant is amazing !! Top quality products and all the dishes we tasted was fantastic !! A very good value for money indeed ! And last...but not least the valerie ‘s warm welcome makes all the difference !
