Restaurante Marisqueira - Quarteira

Vi isso por acaso e pude ver o peixe na churrasqueira, que parecia adorável, então entramos. Parecia ok, limpo o suficiente, e o dono anotou nosso pedido e trouxe algumas azeitonas, queijo e pão para a mesa enquanto aguardávamos... o que não perguntamos, então pensamos que era apenas um gesto, a comida chegou e, para ser honesto, foi um dos robalos mais bonitos que já provei, meu parceiro não teve tanta sorte com sua escolha, mas ei, comemos nossa refeição e pagamos, sem muita simpatia ao cliente, talvez foi só um dia ruim para ele, quem sabe o que aconteceu. Eu não recomendaria, o que é uma pena, pois o peixe era lindo, talvez valha a pena tentar só por isso, mas lembre-se de que as azeitonas, o pão e o queijo são cobrados.

O restaurante é sujo e muito caro para o que você recebe. O funcionário na área do churrasco em que passamos estava imundo, cheirando terrivelmente a suor. Toda a atmosfera e a equipe pareciam negligenciadas. Recomendo ir a outro lugar, pois este lugar é terrível.

The thought of fresh grilled fish was fantastic, considering we were next door to a fish market. Living here we know the price of fish. ( pardon the pun)We ordered in portuguese and answered in ingles!We had atum and robalo. Delicious but and a very big but we were charged a ridiculous 33.50€ for something we could get for 12€ elsewhere. To add insult to injury they re laid the table as we were paying the bill!Tourist prices for local dishes, such a shame!

Well this was quite an experience. Advertised outside with a large octopus and billboard describing their large aquarium and sea view. On sitting down we were approached quickly and ordered two seafood soups with bread to start. However the flies began to swarm and they were everywhere. We sat for an eternity waiting for the soup and my skin was crawling. I had a few spoonfuls of soup and had to leave, leaving my husband to pay. Tables and chairs were ramshackle. Go across the road to the aguasalgada for a much more pleasant experience.

Dirty and very over priced for what you receive. The member of staff on the BBQ section you walk past on your way in was filthy, absolutely stunk of sweat and the whole place and the staff looked like it should be condemned! Go somewhere else, this place is terrible.
