The environment is very nice, but the service is constantly insufficient... Several times it happened to me that the delivered order was missing. Once it even happened to me that, despite my kind request to provide me with an ordered product that never arrived at the table, the staff first disputed the fact that I was telling the truth, and then, once they had noticed their mistake, the product was given to me without any kindness, to put it mildly.
