Ristorante Sa Baracca

Pessima esperienza, i camerieri si prendono cura solo dei clienti che preferisconoe gli altri non contano, il che non va bene in un ristorante del genere, sono venuti al nostro tavolo solo due volte e la terza volta per il conto. Esperienza molto negativa.

Questo ristorante ci è stato consigliato nell'hotel in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Era la nostra prima serata in Sardegna e la cena è stata eccellente! Abbiamo preso del pesce fresco, tutto era fresco e molto gustoso. Non posso dire che fosse troppo caro, il conto era abbastanza standard per l'Italia. Il ristorante era pieno anche se era giovedì, ho visto anche molti locali. Se vuoi provare del buon pesce/ pesce e piatti locali, Sa Baracca è il posto perfetto per farlo.

Ho trovato questo ristorante dopo aver cercato ristoranti nella zona in cui alloggiavo durante le vacanze. Dopo aver letto le recensioni mi aspettavo sicuramente di spendere più di 120 euro per cena, ma il conto è stato ben al di sotto di quella cifra! Il servizio, il nostro cameriere Alessandro, è stato eccellente e ha consigliato cibi e vini che offrivano un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il cibo è arrivato tempestivamente ed era tutto gustoso. Consiglio di ordinare gli antipasti. Abbiamo ordinato degli antipasti da condividere che hanno soddisfatto benissimo due persone. Il Tiramisù era incredibile. Il miglior pasto delle vacanze. Tornerò sicuramente e il servizio è stato esattamente quello che mi aspetto da un ristorante.

Do not let the location and other’s thoughts about the location keep you away. This is a lovely restaurant with really nice attentive, enthusiastic, helpful and attentive staff. Once in the grounds of the restaurant, you will be looked after. Even parking was assisted by a very helpful attendant. It can be a little bit difficult to find but persevere and you will be rewarded. We just asked for a cold antipasto misto selection) of seafood to start and we were rewarded with a lovely selection of diverse seafood dishes. Each dish was beautifully presented with each piece of seafood perfectly cooked. This was accompanied by a toasted bread and Sardinian thin crispy bread Pane Carasau both were delicious. We also left the wine choice to our waiter who suggested some light, flavoursome Sardinian white wine a great choice and reasonably priced. After our starters we were pretty full and asked for one portion of spaghetti a la Vongole clams) with bottarga dried mullet roe a Sardinian speciality), for us to share between the two of us. This was delicious and we have now resolved to buy some botterga to take home. After this, we really just enjoyed the rest of the wine and the general atmosphere around us which was delightful. A smile and bono sera goes a long way! This is not a cheap restaurant but I would consider if very fair for what we had, as others have commented. It is also quite special. Being Italian, feel free to ask for what you would like and do express any special likes or dislikes this will be easily accommodated. All in all a lovely experience and we will definitely be back before our holiday comes to an end.

Sa Barracca is always good. We have been clients of the restaurant for abut 2 yrs. Sandro, the proprietor is very simpatico and accomodating. Staff members are very helpful. Recommended is the hot and cold antipasti with a choice of meat or seafood. We order the seafood which consists of salmon carpaccio, polpo, cozze, etc. The portions are generous. However, if one still has hunger one can order pasta or fish. For pasta , the tagliatelli with funghi is good.
