Excellent Coffee, very friendly service and good atmosphere. A little bit steep on the prices though.

Macarons were going bad, asked for an exchange, got the same bad macarons and when we tried to say smtg they tried to give us our money back. overall bad customer service

The place smells good, it's clean and the deco is okay. The food however is overpriced, my cup of americano had fingerprints all over it smelled like an ashtray. Personnel is also chatting and dancing all the time as if there was a sega contest going on and only person who seemed like they were here to work was the waiter. I don't leave reviews on a usual basis but I was really disappointed with the experience this time. Just to say that if you care about having a good breakfast accompanied by a good coffee, you have Artisan coffee next door which never fails to disappoint. Café Lux is such a waste of money.

I remember passing by once and the shop was almost closed but had to buy something for my little boy, the lady at the cash counter told me that they cant take any payment as the counter was closed but she offered what my boy chose for FREE. I dont know her nor her name but hope she will recognise herself. Bless her
